This policy covers this page, the Orlando video production one. The Hubber site has its own, at hubbermarketing.com/en/privacy, and Hubber Connect has its own, at hubbermarketing.com/connect/privacidade.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Hubber, a Cinnamon Group company. For any request about your data, write to privacy@hubbermarketing.com.
2. What this page collects
What you type into the form to ask for the call: your name, business name, email, WhatsApp or phone, what your business does, where in Orlando you are, and which option interests you.
Along with it goes which ad brought you here, when you arrive through one. That comes from the campaign parameters in the URL, not from anything we work out about you.
We never ask for an ID, a home address or payment details.
3. What we use it for, and on what legal basis
Every use needs a legal basis. Ours are these:
- Scheduling and holding the call you asked for
- Legal basis: your consent, given in the box you check before sending. Without it, the form does not send. We use your contact details to agree on a time with you and to send the invitation for the call.
- Working out whether the service fits your business
- Legal basis: the same consent. It is the reason the call exists.
- Measuring which ad brought you here
- Legal basis: legitimate interest, to know which ads work and to show ours to people who have been here. You can opt out at any time, and from then on nothing is measured. See section 5.
- Keeping the page running and safe
- Legal basis: legitimate interest, to operate the service and contain abuse and fraud.
4. Who we share it with
Hubber does not sell personal data. Sharing is limited to these cases:
- CRM and calendar tool. Your contact details live in JSYNQ, the system where the team tracks each lead and schedules the calls. The video call happens inside it.
- Hosting. The page and the form handling run on Vercel. If the CRM is unavailable when you send, your answer is held there, in a private area, until it is delivered.
- Meta. The pixel hands Meta your IP address and your visit to this page. When you send the form, your name, email and phone are also sent to Meta in hashed form, which cannot be read back, only matched to recognize that the request came from an ad. The same events also pass through a measurement server operated for Hubber, which forwards them to Meta. If you opt out, none of this happens.
- Google Fonts. The fonts are loaded from Google's servers. In that request your browser hands your IP address to Google, as on any site using the service.
- Authorities. Where there is a court order or a legal obligation.
5. Cookies and tracking
This page uses the Meta pixel, the measurement tool behind Facebook and Instagram. It loads when you arrive, and on your first visit a bar at the bottom of the page tells you so and lets you opt out.
It writes two cookies: _fbp, an identifier for your browser, and _fbc, which stores the code of the ad you came through. Both last up to three months.
Opting out covers both sides: from then on, neither your browser nor our server sends any event to Meta, and the cookies the pixel had written are removed from your browser. You can still send the form exactly the same way.
Beyond that, the page does not use Google Analytics or any other audience measurement tool.
You can change your mind at any time, using the button above.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your details until the call happens and, if you become a client, for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period the law requires afterwards. If the call does not happen or there is no fit, we keep the record until you ask us to delete it.
7. Your rights
At any time and at no cost, you can ask us to:
- Confirm and give access
- Tell you whether we hold data about you and give you a copy.
- Correct
- Fix data that is incomplete, out of date or wrong.
- Delete
- Erase the data we hold on the basis of your consent.
- Port
- Give you your data in a format you can take elsewhere.
- Withdraw consent
- Take back the permission you gave, including cancelling the call.
- Opt out of measurement
- Stop the ad measurement described in section 5, with the button in that section or by writing to us.
To exercise any of these, write to privacy@hubbermarketing.com. We answer within 15 days.
8. Security
The page runs entirely over HTTPS. The tokens that reach our system and Meta live only on the server, never in your browser.
9. Under 18s
This page is not aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If that happens, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
When something here changes, the date at the top changes with it. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
